I come to this from outside sports media. My career is in product marketing, rooted in SaaS and HR Tech — industries where success depends on decoding behavior and building long-term loyalty. Those disciplines taught me that the most interesting dynamics are rarely the most visible ones. I apply that same lens to sports: not the scoreboard, but the strategy behind it.
